About The Position

The Enterprise Client Relationship Manager will deliver Capital Group’s enterprise value proposition to a select set of strategically important AI partner firms to drive innovation and firm-wide strategic benefit. This role will act as a strategic connector across Capital Group’s businesses, orchestrating senior-level engagement and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The Relationship Manager focuses on unifying internal efforts and creating a single point of contact for these AI companies, positioning Capital Group as a trusted enterprise partner in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, technology partnerships, or enterprise relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology trends, with technical fluency in AI concepts and enterprise integration.
  • Intellectually curious and demonstrate analytical thinking in complex domains.
  • Proven ability to identify and communicate business-building insights.
  • Deep knowledge of client engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Proven success managing senior-level relationships across complex organizations.
  • Skilled in initiating, developing, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments that require collaboration, iteration, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • An MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary enterprise relationship lead for key AI partners.
  • Drive strategic leadership meetings to advance mutual innovation agendas.
  • Communicate Capital Group’s AI and enterprise strategy to partner firms.
  • Align with partner executives to drive a shared roadmap and strategic priorities.
  • Elevate Capital Group’s profile as a trusted innovation partner in financial services.
  • Capture and relay key partner insights and feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and support new business and co-innovation opportunities with AI firms.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide account plans and engagement roadmaps.
  • Map internal and external stakeholders to streamline relationship management.
  • Share key partner updates and insights across internal teams.
  • Prepare executive briefings and talking points for senior-level engagements.
  • Drive internal alignment on AI partner priorities and messaging.
  • Track and report on partnership health, value metrics, and follow-ups.
  • Support integration of partner capabilities into Capital’s AI and tech initiatives.
