The Enterprise Clearance Strategy Lead will be responsible for shaping and scaling Target’s enterprise Clearance capability. This role involves building strategies, tools, and processes to achieve optimal financial outcomes and align with broader price perception and operational goals. The work spans developing long-range planning processes that sync with in-season execution, positioning Clearance as a strategic lever across the organization. Success relies on leading through influence, driving cross-functional alignment, and using data to identify risks and opportunities. The role requires strategic problem-solving, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset in a dynamic environment. Target offers robust onboarding, development resources, and the opportunity to grow as a strategic thought partner.
