About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated security professional to join our Enterprise Classified Security Operations Support Group as an Enterprise Classified IT Infrastructure Services Senior Manager in Arlington, VA. The Senior Manager will oversee Security Research and Development (R&D) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) efforts and direct cutting-edge R&D initiatives in security as they pertain to cybersecurity, program security and personnel security. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage sensitive projects that support national security objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing or leading classified program teams
  • 5+ years of experience using strategic problem-solving/analysis and communicating at senior management levels
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount
  • Experience building a team and developing employees
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies (Quantum, AI, etc.)
  • Currently hold IAM Level 3 DoD 8140.01 (previously 8570.01) compliant certification (i.e. CAP, GSLC, Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, CISM, GSLC)
  • Experience with project management in a leadership capacity
  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
  • Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage classified cybersecurity research and development projects from concept through deployment
  • Develop innovative cybersecurity technologies and solutions to address emerging threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, intelligence, and operations to align R&D efforts with strategic goals
  • Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and classified information handling protocols
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external partners on classified security initiatives
  • Oversee the development of technical documentation, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies affecting classified environments
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
