As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Fenergo, you will be the activation layer for pipeline creation and early-stage opportunity progression within Fenergo’s strategic enterprise accounts. This role is central to Fenergo's scaling revenue organization, which operates on a precise, insight-led, and account-based model. You will identify value opportunities, understand business problems, engage stakeholders, and build the conditions for qualified enterprise opportunities to progress. This involves close collaboration with Field Sales Representatives, Marketing, Client Success, and GTM Leaders to translate account strategy into meaningful engagement with executive-level personas. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial thinking, clear communication skills, and a deep understanding of persona-led value propositions across financial crime, compliance, operations, client lifecycle, transformation, and technology stakeholders. This role is designed for a proven SaaS seller or commercially experienced business development professional with strong business acumen, goal orientation, and customer-facing credibility, seeking a deliberate pathway into complex enterprise sales. It focuses on building mastery in discovery, account strategy, multi-threading, and enterprise opportunity development.
