The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Strategy & Execution team defines and enables enterprise‑wide technology direction, architecture standards, and execution governance. The team partners with business and technology leaders to support large‑scale transformation initiatives, improve architectural decision‑making, and evolve enterprise operating models. We are seeking a Student – Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Execution to support active, high‑priority initiatives across Enterprise Architecture. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise strategy, architecture governance, data and AI enablement, and leadership‑level communication.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Co‑op program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology Management or similar programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous problems.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, JIRA, Miro, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, including the ability to structure presentations and documentation.
  • Interest in enterprise technology, architecture, data, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to enterprise IT concepts such as data platforms, governance, cloud technologies, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, metadata, or information management concepts.
  • Interest in automation, intelligent systems, or emerging enterprise technology patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and documentation of enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and reference materials.
  • Synthesize complex technical, strategic, and organizational inputs into clear, structured outputs.
  • Support the creation of executive‑ready materials, including presentations, summaries, and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Support initiatives focused on enabling AI‑ready enterprise architecture capabilities, including: Assisting with documentation and refinement of enterprise data capabilities. Supporting pilots, demos, and proofs of concept related to architecture intelligence, data discoverability, and reuse. Help structure findings and insights from these initiatives into clear materials for architecture teams and leadership.
  • Support analysis and documentation of Enterprise Architecture governance processes, roles, and decision flows.
  • Assist with mapping responsibilities, identifying process gaps, and highlighting opportunities for simplification or automation.
  • Prepare visual summaries and process walkthroughs to support leadership discussions.
