As a Enterprise Architect, you will Define and drive the architecture strategy across our GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Corporate IT platforms. You'll set the standards, integration patterns, and technology direction that determine how our enterprise systems scale, interoperate, and stay compliant — and you'll be the architect leadership turns to before a major platform decision gets made.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience spanning two or more of: ERP, HCM, ITSM, CRM, and corporate productivity platforms.
  • Deep expertise designing integration patterns across enterprise systems — API-first services, event-driven architectures, iPaaS (e.g., Dell Boomi), and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Hands-on architectural ownership of core business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report.
  • Track record establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks adopted across Finance, HR, GTM, and IT.
  • Strong command of compliance and control requirements including SOX, GDPR, and SOC 2 as they apply to enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional leaders on build-vs-buy decisions, vendor selection, and total cost of ownership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs — ERP migrations, platform consolidations, or M&A systems integration.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML applied to enterprise workflows (agentic automation, copilots embedded in business systems, intelligent process automation).
  • Background architecting subscription, revenue, and quote-to-cash systems at scale.
  • Familiarity with modern enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, domain-driven design) and EA tooling (LeanIX, Ardoq, or equivalent).
