Job Description Develops strategies for platform engineering and insures that they align with business strategies and processes; manages technical resources and engineer staff to deliver high quality programs. Develops strategies for platform engineering and creates a vision that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs. Designs best practices, standards, engineering approaches and complex technical resolutions for processes. Oversees overarching quality improvement efforts for platform engineering. Manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the technology management team and key staff. This role serves as the subject matter expert and escalation point across Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture disciplines, ensuring consistent analysis and timely delivery of work products. The primary accountability is to act as the chief architect’s right hand. In addition will facilitate the adoption of the federated architecture model, orchestrate cross-discipline collaboration to accelerate outcomes, and maintain alignment with strategic priorities. This will require a high level of technical competency.
