About The Position

The Enterprise AI Governance & Value Lead will lead governance, oversight, and value realization for enterprise AI products and capabilities across Insulet. As part of the Enterprise AI and Data organization, this role establishes operating mechanisms that enable AI to scale responsibly and economically, with clear accountability, by translating enterprise policies and principles into practical controls embedded throughout the AI lifecycle. The role creates an enterprise AI control system that provides visibility into AI use cases, models, agents, assets, and deployments; calibrates governance to risk; enables lower-risk innovation to move faster; and ensures investments deliver measurable, sustained business value. It requires expertise in responsible AI, AI risk management, portfolio governance, value realization, AI economics, regulatory and control environments, and cross-functional operating models. The position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office.
