The Enterprise Accounting Success Manager (ASM) role is an experienced customer-facing position supporting the Enterprise customer base with the Close Management solution. The ASM team acts as strategic advisors, utilizing deep product knowledge to address adoption gaps, resolve complex challenges, and drive long-term customer value to achieve net revenue growth. This role requires a high level of technical and judgment-based ownership, operating with minimal oversight to independently manage a portfolio of complex customers and ensure successful customer outcomes. The Enterprise ASM collaborates closely with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE) team and Account Management counterparts. A strong background in professional accounting or audit experience is beneficial for building rapport with enterprise customers by addressing accounting-specific questions and scenarios post-implementation to maximize adoption and enhance the client experience. This role requires working in the office three days per week, with potential for changes based on team and business needs. Visa sponsorship is not available.
