Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, specifically within the B2B SaaS space, managing complex accounts with flair.
  • Proven ability to build instant rapport and influence stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve their outcomes while you drive upsell growth.
  • Thrive under pressure and can juggle a high volume of tasks with autonomous, razor-sharp organizational skills.
  • Deliver your message with clarity, punch, and empathy, whether it's a virtual presentation or a written strategy doc.
  • Natural curiosity for HR or LMS technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Embody the "Docebo Heart," approaching every interaction with positive intent, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for inclusivity.
  • Ready and willing to travel up to 25% of the time to meet your customers where they are and celebrate their success in person.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with the LMS or HR Tech ecosystem.
  • Experience navigating complex technical integrations within a learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for your portfolio, ensuring their unique challenges are met with innovative, effective solutions.
  • Consult with customers on industry best practices to ensure the Docebo LMS is fully integrated into their culture and driving measurable business results.
  • Become a certified Docebo expert, guiding customers through complex configurations and showing them how to unlock the full potential of our AI-powered tools.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused narratives that resonate with stakeholders from IT admins to C-suite executives.
  • Proactively manage the renewal cycle and identify clever upsell or cross-sell opportunities that help our customers expand their impact.
  • Partner across internal teams—from Sales to Product—to ensure a seamless, world-class experience for every learner and leader we serve.
  • Calmly and strategically navigate high-stakes challenges, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for deeper trust and resolution.
