As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relations with our Enterprise customers, ensuring that needs are met, and driving satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact between the Customer and Qualifacts, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, and developing expanded business opportunities by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales. For more than 20 years, Qualifacts has delivered thoughtful innovation, technology, support, and services to the behavioral health and human services market. Most recently, Qualifacts has been on a mission to expand its portfolio to support the patient continuum, from the initial appointment request to final billing and reporting, and everything in between.
