Founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs with a previous AI exit, Listen Labs has grown to about 80 people and has raised a $100M Series B led by Sequoia. The Role Listen Labs is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expansion across mid-to-large enterprise accounts, partnering closely with the VP of Revenue. This is a consultative, multi-threaded sale with six-figure lands that lead to fast expansion.

Requirements

• 5-12 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS closing experience with enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
• Closed $50K-$250K+ deals at high-growth, talent-dense B2B SaaS startups
• Runs your own demos without relying on sales engineers
• Self-sourced outbound pipeline generation
• Sold to marketing, research, product or insights leaders (not only technical buyers)
• Promotions and longevity (recent roles of 2+ years)
• Sharp and confident in live demos
• Based in NYC and able to work in the office 5 days a week (or based in Austin)

Responsibilities

• Engage leads through email, cold calls, events and inbound and referral channels.
• Research prospects and build a consistent outbound pipeline.
• Run discovery, demos and follow-ups; build proposals and ROI cases; negotiate and close.
• Improve sales processes (decks, scripts, CRM workflows, dashboards) and run weekly deal reviews.
• Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Product and the co-founders to delight customers.
