About The Position

Muck Rack is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win new enterprise customers, generate pipeline, and grow revenue across a territory of strategic accounts. The role partners with communications, PR, corporate affairs, and marketing leaders to help them modernize how they monitor, measure, and understand media impact. The successful candidate will navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and close high-value SaaS opportunities. They will join a tenured enterprise sales team that shares practices, coaches one another, and expects new team members to contribute and raise the bar. The position is fully remote on a permanent basis, with up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. Attendance at the annual company offsite, typically held in Mexico, is expected. Hiring is limited to acceptable working locations, and relocation or extended travel may not be supported. For U.S.-based employees, the base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000+, with on-target earnings of $175,000+. The company notes that ramp time of one to three quarters may involve lower goals and commission earnings. Compensation is geo-neutral within the U.S.; pay bands for other countries are based on local market standards. Individual offers depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.
