About The Position

Corlytics is the regulatory intelligence and non-financial risk technology partner trusted by the world’s largest financial institutions. We operate the most complete regulatory intelligence, policy and control management stack in the market. Our clients include some of the world’s largest tier-1 and globally systemic institutions. We are headquartered in Dublin with offices in Dublin London, Lisbon and New York, and we are scaling our Americas business significantly through 2026 and 2027. We are hiring a Enterprise Account Executive, to drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America. The mandate is to open, run and close new tier-1 and tier-2 financial institution opportunities and logos that anchor the next phase of our Americas growth. We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, consistently high-performing quota carrier - someone who treats territory and pipeline building as a craft, brings genuine intellectual curiosity to a complex domain, and can absorb a sophisticated regulatory and AI product story quickly and play it back to an economic buyers in a way that is clear, concise and compelling. This is also a high-performance, quota-carrying environment. You will own a number, carry it personally and be measured on it. In a fast-paced, high-growth region everyone rolls their sleeves up - sharing best practice, raising the bar on deal execution, and helping shape how we sell as the team scales. You will be based in New York and in our NYC office at least three days per week, working a named territory carved deliberately around your relationships and sector strength, with dedicated support from pre-sales, lead generation, product and marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales with a sustained, verifiable record of consistently exceeding quota on net-new business. We will ask for attainment by year.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise vertical software into highly regulated industries - financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy or similar - with financial institutions a strong advantage.
  • A demonstrable record of selling to and building relationships with senior executive buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
  • Closed six-seven-figure ACV contracts through multi-stakeholder, multi-month enterprise cycles, involving the executives, business, procurement, info sec and legal.
  • Genuine MEDDPICC fluency (or equivalent) - evidenced in how you qualify, run, inspect and forecast deals, not just a line on a CV.
  • The ability to rapidly absorb complex problems, align solutions to them, and explain both in a clear, concise and compelling way - in writing, in the room, and at the whiteboard.
  • Self-starting, resilient and competitive, with the drive to build a territory from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
  • In our NYC office a minimum of three days per week, with regular travel across North America.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain sales experience across risk, compliance, non-financial risk, RegTech, GRC or regulatory intelligence solutions, and relationships with Compliance, Risk, Control or Policy executives.
  • Existing relationships across Corlytics’ strategic prospects and adjacencies (capital markets, asset management, insurance, large fintech), relationships with Compliance, Risk, Control and Policy executives.
  • Experience selling a post-merger or platform-consolidation product story.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a territory plan against a named set of tier-1 and tier-2 North American financial institutions - banks, capital markets firms, asset managers and insurers.
  • Take complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to closed-won.
  • Qualify, progress and forecast every deal using MEDDPICC (or an equivalent best-practice methodology) - mutual action plans, champion building, paper-process mapping and economic-buyer access as standard practice.
  • Learn the regulatory change, policy, controls and non-financial risk domain deeply - then translate it. The best sellers in this category make complicated things simple; you will be expected to explain our platform and its AI capabilities clearly, concisely and compellingly to both practitioners and the C-suite.
  • Position Corlytics decisively against legacy compliance tooling and competing RegTech platforms - with a sharp grasp of our differentors.
  • Build and maintain your target pipeline coverage, forecast with accuracy, keep full deal hygiene in the CRM, and run regular deal reviews with the Head of Americas.
  • Share winning plays, swap deal craft with colleagues, and contribute to the GTM playbook as the Americas team grows.
  • Show up with authority at conferences, client round tables and analyst engagements, and build a personal brand in the North American RegTech, compliance and risk community.
