Ivo is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join a fast-growing segment focused on serving Ivo's largest customers, particularly within the Fortune 500. This role involves shaping how Ivo impacts enterprise clients at scale, managing strategic named accounts, and building pipeline through field events. The position offers a voice in creating the best outcomes for the individual, the team, and Ivo.

Requirements

Consistently exceeded 6+ years of Enterprise sales targets, generally in the range of $1.6m annually.
Experience building and running pipeline in named or strategic accounts, not just working inbound flow.
Highly organized, takes coaching well, and can manage complex, long-cycle deals.
Bring a point of view to every account on where legal and compliance work is headed, and use that perspective to shape how prospects think about their own priorities and roadmap.
Have a "do what it takes" attitude.
Willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself.
Relentlessly resourceful.
Strong internal sense of urgency, with a bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow.
Excited about the adventure of building a company!

Responsibilities

Own pipeline creation within a set of named accounts, leveraging events, marketing, SDR support, and personal pipe gen frameworks to generate qualified opportunities.
Run the sales process end to end, including a complex proof-of-concept motion, typically over an 8-month sales cycle.
Team-sell and quarterback these opportunities, pulling in resources such as the executive team, product, engineering, marketing, SDR, and legal engineering.
