Enterprise Account Executive

Redlist•Pleasant Grove, UT

About The Position

Redlist is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to sell its AI-powered reliability and maintenance platform to large organizations in asset-intensive industries. The role focuses on winning new enterprise customers and expanding initial site deployments into standards adopted across multiple sites, products, and business units. The position joins an early, high-impact sales team amid growing demand and qualified leads, with ownership of a territory and the opportunity to help shape the sales playbook as the company scales. Success in the first 90 days includes learning the platform, industries, and MEDDPICCR process; building a named-account territory plan across four core verticals; and developing pipeline at the pace required by the sales target. Within 12 months, the successful hire is expected to meet or exceed quota, land enterprise customers, achieve at least one multi-site or multi-product expansion, forecast consistently and accurately, and establish a repeatable vertical sales play. Compensation is $250,000–$350,000 in on-target earnings, based on experience. Candidates offered the position must complete a background check before their first day. Redlist is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates of every background.

  • Working command of MEDDPICCR, MEDDIC, or MEDDPICC applied to real sales opportunities.
  • Proven territory and pipeline management skills, including building pipeline and forecasting accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn technical buyers' environments quickly.
  • A builder's pace: ability to move quickly, adapt to changing plans, and use AI and new tools as leverage.
  • Ownership, resilience, initiative, and a drive to win.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into mining, oil and gas, food and beverage, pulp and paper, or other asset-intensive industries.

  • Create account plans that expand initial site wins into corporate standards across sites, products, and business units.
  • Own and prioritize the territory, build pipeline alongside marketing and AI-sourced leads, and maintain a strong command of sales metrics.
  • Apply MEDDPICCR rigorously: qualify opportunities, engage multiple stakeholders, identify the economic buyer, build a champion, and map the purchasing process early.
  • Develop and present business cases using operational measures such as uptime, OEE, MTTR, safety, and maintenance cost, and provide customers with useful insight into their operations.
  • Maintain a clean, current pipeline in HubSpot and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Share field feedback with product and marketing and help shape the sales playbook.
