The Role: TicketManager Account Executives are the entry point into our enterprise sales organization and the foundation of our revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and relationship building within your assigned territory. You will engage directly with decision-makers at leading companies, introducing the TicketManager platform and creating qualified pipeline for the business. AEs play a critical role in the early stages of the sales cycle—leading initial outreach, conducting discovery, and positioning value—while partnering closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders (ESLs) to progress and close complex opportunities. This provides immediate exposure to enterprise-level selling, high-value deals, and sophisticated sales processes. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment. Success in this role is defined by your ability to generate pipeline, create meaningful conversations, and consistently contribute to net-new revenue. Our goal is to develop top performers into Enterprise Sales Leaders (ESL) and Strategic Partnerships Leaders (SPL). By mastering outbound engagement, discovery, and early-stage deal strategy, you will build the foundation needed to succeed in full-cycle enterprise sales.
