About The Position

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D business segment. This is a true Hunter role, though each Account Executive (AE) will own a few upsell accounts. UKG rarely has openings in its sales ranks because they hire the best HRMS/Payroll Representatives and provide them with the best products, support personnel, and tools for long-term success. This is an opportunity to build a sales legacy as UKG expands its sales force and seeks top talent to represent the company.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level.
  • HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
  • 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR.
  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch.
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
