Enterprise Account Executive, New Business

FYUL•Littlefield Township, MI
•$130,000 - $150,000•Remote

About The Position

Printful Enterprise, part of FYUL, helps brands, platforms, and distributors offer personalized merchandise at scale using on-demand production, ecommerce technology, and global fulfillment. The company is hiring two full-cycle, quota-carrying individual contributors to build enterprise pipeline, convert B2B opportunities, and bring customer programs live. The role reports to the Head of Enterprise Sales. The successful candidate will own new-business results, identify and prioritize target accounts, conduct discovery, progress complex deals, and maintain an inspectable Salesforce pipeline. They will use AI and sales technology in practical, accountable ways, applying human judgment and approved-data safeguards. Printing or promotional merchandise experience is not required; relevant sales results, learning ability, and ownership of outcomes are emphasized. Potential customer use cases include NIL and licensed merchandise, corporate gifting and rewards, marketplaces, and promotional merchandise. The role is US remote, with the East Coast strongly preferred and Charlotte, North Carolina considered a plus. The position involves approximately two to three trips per quarter for customer meetings, team collaboration, and industry events. Hiring is limited to California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Florida. The stated base salary is $130,000–$150,000, with approximately $250,000 OTE, depending on work experience, education, and skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated history of producing new B2B revenue, ideally in mid-market or enterprise sales, including personally sourced, progressed, and closed opportunities, with evidence of attainment, conversion, and commercial outcomes.
  • Ownership mentality and consistent prospecting appetite; ability to work with incomplete information, build a target-account strategy, and remain accountable for next steps.
  • Strong discovery, value-based selling, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Excellent CRM discipline and forecasting skills, including distinguishing genuine pipeline from activity and keeping deals moving with commercial and launch rigor.
  • Applied AI experience in a sales workflow personally built, configured, or meaningfully adopted, with the ability to discuss tools, use, quality checks, and effects on productivity or conversions.
  • Commercial curiosity and ability to learn a new product, test use cases, and identify where customer demand matches company capabilities.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally through implementation challenges and focus on customer launches and resulting revenue, not only signed contracts.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically five or more years of B2B closing experience, with enterprise or meaningful mid-market deal ownership; exceptional performance is valued more than a precise tenure count.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS or services into commerce, retail, marketing, supply chain, logistics, operations, or similar functions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data/enrichment, sales engagement, and AI tools.
  • Advanced agentic prospecting workflows.
  • Exposure to print-on-demand, branded merchandise, fulfillment, licensing, or ecommerce integrations.
  • East Coast location; Charlotte, North Carolina is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a qualified enterprise pipeline through account targeting, outbound prospecting, buying signals, referrals, executive engagement, and follow-through.
  • Prioritize accounts based on customer pain, potential, buying readiness, and the company’s ability to deliver; turn customer hypotheses into repeatable sales plays.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including research, discovery, value hypothesis, qualification, stakeholder mapping, solution development, negotiation, closing, and launch coordination.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing, sourcing, ecommerce, procurement, and operations teams, and connect customer needs to a clear business case.
  • Maintain Salesforce as an accurate system of record, including stages, next meetings, tasks, decision-makers, opportunity value, close dates, risks, forecasts, and launch milestones.
  • Use AI to accelerate account research, enrich contacts, identify buying signals, tailor outreach, and advance next actions, while applying human judgment and approved-data safeguards.
  • Partner with Account Management, technology, merchandising, production, legal, and finance to assess feasibility, shape solutions, and move customers from contract to first live orders.
  • Review personal funnel conversion, run focused outbound experiments, share evidence about what works, and bring prospect feedback into ICP, product-market-fit, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Represent Printful Enterprise at customer meetings and selected conferences, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop capabilities and a focused account list, establish an accurate human-reviewed AI-supported prospecting workflow, generate qualified conversations, run measured outbound tests, build credible opportunities with launch plans, and demonstrate pipeline creation, deal progression, CRM rigor, and customer and market learning during the initial 30, 60, and 90 days.
