About The Position

UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive, who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role. UKG is expanding its sales force and is looking for the very best to represent UKG. This role is challenging, and UKG expects a lot of its AEs, but provides ample resources for success.

Requirements

5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level.
Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR.

HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D business segment.
Own a few upsell accounts.
Build a territory and pipeline from scratch.
Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
