The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and billed revenue objectives within Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accounts. This role is critical in building and expanding relationships with Ozmo’s most valuable customers and prospects. The position involves generating new sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies, establishing relationships with potential customers to sell Ozmo's SaaS products and services, and penetrating target accounts in key North American communications service providers, insurance, OEM, retail, and large enterprise sectors. The role requires stewarding deals through all facets of the sales process, navigating complex enterprise organizations, and leveraging AI-driven tools to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement. The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and maintain trusted, long-term business relationships, continuously feed and maintain a new sales pipeline, customize and deliver sales presentations, participate in customer meetings, utilize internal tools for tracking, act as a customer advocate, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and stay abreast of the competitive landscape.
