Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience
  • 2+ years of full cycle enterprise experience
  • Experience navigating complex buying groups in an enterprise-level environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed one million dollars in revenue target per year
  • Proven ability to generate new business
  • Ability to strongly influence decision makers at C and VP levels
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM preferred
  • Excellent understanding of sales process, forecasting and pipeline management
  • HR or Recruiting sales experience is strongly preferred

  • Navigating global budgets within the enterprise by understanding organizational structures and buying decision processes.
  • Converting pipeline by adding value on calls and throughout the sales process.
  • Standing out in a crowded market through unique value propositions.
  • Fully owning results and contributing to company growth with a large Total Addressable Market (TAM).
  • Owning and hitting (or exceeding) sales targets.
