About The Position

Bandwidth is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new client acquisition for Enterprise accounts using their full suite of products. This role is designed for individuals with over 5 years of sales experience who are eager to contribute to a high-growth segment of the business within a dynamic market. The company is a global software provider specializing in voice, messaging, and emergency services, serving over 65 countries and a significant portion of the global economy with its owned communications cloud.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling technical products into Enterprise organizations or selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new logo sales quota.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers at the director level and above in IT, operations, procurement, and digital transformation teams.
  • Strong prospecting skills with a history of generating new opportunities and experience with the full closing sales cycle.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the operational complexities of integrating new communications technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with legal, product, solutions, and marketing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with Channel Partners to drive new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Enterprise sales segment in collaboration with Bandwidth sales leadership.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned prospect accounts, from initial discovery through commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Assist prospective accounts in migrating their voice, 911, and messaging solutions to the cloud.
  • Generate strategic pipeline opportunities by partnering with the Sales Development team.
  • Identify and cultivate new account relationships through various channels including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and account mapping with partners.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance market positioning, working alongside leadership and team members.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within target accounts at multiple levels and effectively utilize internal Bandwidth resources.
  • Proactively manage and consistently update the sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Bandwidth's solutions and their alignment with organizational operational, regulatory, and customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in technology and communications that impact Bandwidth's value proposition.
