About The Position

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team of 50 working across three continents and eight countries, on a mission to make cryptocurrency part of the everyday economy. As a regulation technology (reg-tech) company, crypto organisations and traditional financial institutions alike use our tools to reduce transaction risk and make crypto transfers safe. We are recognised as a vital enabler of the crypto ecosystem and have processed hundreds of billions of dollars worth of transactions to date. We are well funded, recently closed a Series B, and are growing fast. We are looking for people to play a pivotal role in shaping the future infrastructure of the crypto industry. The Impact You Will Have We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for the US and LATAM markets. This role requires expertise in crypto infrastructure use cases and a proven track record of closing complex deals in the financial sector. You will be responsible for expanding our presence among major financial institutions and driving adoption of our infrastructure and compliance solutions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in financial services or crypto infrastructure, selling into multi-stakeholder buying committees
• Consistent record of hitting or exceeding enterprise quotas in complex, regulated environments
• Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or crypto

Nice To Haves

• Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound and inbound sales within the US and LATAM markets; Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
• Build trust and credibility with C-level executives
• Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
• Partner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedback
• Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs)
• Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in CRM to support predictable growth
• Represent us at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel may be required)
