About The Position

Miovision’s Opticom product has been providing best-in-class priority control solutions for over 58 years. A testament to Opticom’s quality and durability is the continuing growth in the customer base, now at over 180,000 intersections and vehicles with over 5,000 customers worldwide. You will move beyond a traditional transactional sales approach to operate as a critical, strategic business partner. Your mission is to ensure Miovision always gets the green light and help cities improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of their emergency and transit vehicles, optimize traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance smart mobility.

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to command a room and articulate abstract value propositions to senior public and private stakeholders.
  • Excel at creating external visibility and fostering internal collaboration.
  • Ready to get out into the field, meet customers, and represent us at major trade shows (40-60% travel or roughly 3 days per week).
  • Must be able to travel internationally and move freely between the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by prioritizing high-value prospects and key accounts within a defined territory.
  • Lead complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles, from discovery and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Make prospecting part of your regular routine.
