We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic Xplore Business sales team. Based out of the East Coast, this role is responsible for driving new business acquisition and growth and managing key accounts. You will build strong client relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver Xplore’s suite of B2B Internet connectivity and value-added services. Supported by a rapidly expanding fibre network and best-in-class leadership, this position offers significant earning potential and career growth.

Requirements

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in telecommunications or ISP industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex deals
  • High Relationship Building Skills and Results Orientation
  • Strong knowledge of fibre networks and digital transformation solutions
  • Ability to engage with C-Suite and key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service
  • Frequent travel within designated territory; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new business and recurring revenue
  • Actively Prospect and engage new clients through in-person and virtual channels
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Develop proposals and close deals using approved pricing and offers
  • Leverage Salesforce to maintain pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations and other stakeholders for solution design and implementation
  • Attend industry events and travel within assigned territories as required
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support pricing and strategy decisions
