About The Position

Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it’s working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we’ve been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year. We’re not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don’t do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds, we’re entering a phase of serious scale. As an Enterprise Account Executive, Solutions Specialist within our Third-Party Enterprise team, you will serve as the expert engine driving revenue and adoption for our advanced product suite. In this specialized role, you are a dual-threat professional: actively hunting and prospecting for advanced feature opportunities within major third-party enterprise accounts, while simultaneously acting as the premier technical consultant who trains clients to maximize the value of TouchTour, Pathfinding, and Asset Intelligence. Operating in a modern, tech-forward sales environment, you will also leverage and train specialized AI tools to scale your outreach, analyze enterprise client data, and streamline the pipeline.

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of identifying gaps in client workflows and successfully upselling advanced feature sets.

  • Elite verbal and written communication skills, with a native ability to explain sophisticated technical features simply to non-technical client stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical enterprise sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strong sales plan, selling high-value B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients.
  • Own a quarterly quota responsibility of $325k+ in software, services, and hardware sales.

  • Utilize Generative AI tools to research prospects, personalize high-volume outreach, and draft compelling, data-driven sales collateral.
  • Effectively analyze prospect needs, execute solution-based selling techniques, and move quality opportunities smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations with key buying influencers and decision-makers up to and including C-level Executives.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Enterprise Account Executives on individual accounts to cross-sell and upsell existing clients using portfolio penetration strategies.
  • Lead comprehensive training sessions for third-party enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and deep user engagement with our advanced features.
