Enterprise Account Executive, P&C

Neural Earth
$140,000 - $320,000Remote

About The Position

We are NEURAL EARTH. We bring clarity to physical risk, enabling leaders to engage with confidence and enact resilient, business-critical decisions. Today's environmental, economic, and infrastructure challenges are deeply interconnected, yet the data required to understand these relationships is scattered across siloed and aging systems. Neural Earth enables operational execution, delivering a single decision intelligence platform that unifies planetary, governmental, and asset-level data, always on and always learning. This is technical work that requires patience. It requires teams willing to operate at the intersection of AI research, geospatial science, distributed systems, and enterprise deployment. It is also incredibly rewarding. Join us at Neural Earth — the next frontier is here. Neural Earth's Revenue team is the commercial engine of the business, translating our decision intelligence platform into market opportunity, pipeline, and customer value. The team spans sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy, in close partnership with Product and Engineering. We are building a revenue motion in a technically complex enterprise space largely from scratch. The work you do here shapes how Neural Earth shows up in the market and how buyers understand what they are buying. Neural Earth is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, P&C to own the Company's full commercial motion from first outbound touch through closed-won. You are the person who can get an underwriting leader at a major carrier on the phone cold, understand their book of business well enough to know if Neural Earth is actually relevant to them, and then run that deal yourself all the way to signature. You come from the property and casualty insurance and risk space, so you already speak the language before you walk into the room. You own the full cycle here, from sourcing your own pipeline to closing it, working closely with the Head of Revenue and the broader team as you build out a repeatable motion. This is you!

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including self-sourced outbound
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, catastrophe risk, or reinsurance
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience closing enterprise-level deals with meaningful annual contract value
  • Experience with a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to accommodate up to 20% travel

Nice To Haves

  • You have 7 or more years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of running full-cycle deals from self-sourced outbound through close.
  • You have genuine domain expertise in property and casualty insurance, insurtech, catastrophe risk, or reinsurance, and you already understand how underwriters and risk officers think about their book of business.
  • You have consistently exceeded revenue targets without relying on someone else to build your pipeline for you.
  • You know how to map a complex enterprise organization, from underwriting leadership through procurement, and get the right people into the deal at the right time.
  • You bring a consultative mindset to every conversation. You are genuinely trying to understand whether Neural Earth is the right fit before you try to close.
  • You are effective in a growing company where processes are still being defined, and you don't wait for permission to figure things out. You don't need a fully mapped playbook to be effective.
  • You are resilient and stay motivated through changing priorities. You keep your prospecting activity consistent even when a deal takes longer to mature, and you don't lose momentum through a long enterprise sales cycle.
  • You are coachable, open to feedback, and quick to apply new guidance without losing your own instincts for the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own pipeline through outbound to senior decision-makers at target carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers.
  • Work every inbound lead and self-sourced opportunity through a real qualification process, not just a checklist.
  • Run the full sales cycle yourself, from first call through negotiation and signature.
  • Run a typical enterprise sales cycle from start to finish and know how to bring in the right resources on our side to win a strategic deal.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep the customer experience seamless from first touch through onboarding.

Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation regardless of work location
  • Company performance-based cash bonuses
  • Majority employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Group Life Insurance at 2x your base salary, paid by the company
  • FSA and HSA options to maximize your healthcare dollars
