Enterprise Account Executive - MCP Manager

UsercentricsNew York, NY
$300,000 - $320,000Hybrid

About The Position

Usercentrics is a global leader in consent management and is expanding into AI governance with its new product, MCP Manager (MCPM). MCPM is a platform for governing and managing the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an emerging standard for connecting AI agents to business systems. As AI adoption grows, enterprises need a solution to manage AI agent access, visibility, security, and control. MCP Manager provides this trust and control layer. This role is a category-creation opportunity, selling a foundational AI standard to C-level buyers in security and compliance contexts. It is a direct sales 'hunter' role focused on complex, high-value enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling to C-level buyers in a security, compliance, or governance context.
  • Track record closing complex deals with a consultative, solution-led approach.
  • Success in both outbound prospecting and closing new business, without reliance on channel or partner sales.
  • Ability to sell into technical audiences; capable of holding credible conversations with security teams or VPs of Engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex technology approachable.
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, category-creation environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target accounts (VP of AI, CTO, IT Operations, CISO) through outbound outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and move them into active sales conversations.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in enterprise environments with high average contract values.
  • Surface expansion opportunities within the existing Usercentrics customer base.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up and lead handoff.
  • Own the complete sales process: discovery, demo, proposal, security evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Close complex enterprise deals, managing ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver technically credible demonstrations tailored to prospect's AI stack and governance challenges.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving economic buyers, technical evaluators, and security/compliance gatekeepers, selling directly to C-level executives.
  • Proactively communicate SOC 2 readiness and security documentation to facilitate vendor due diligence.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Serve as the market's voice back to the product team, capturing objections, feature requests, and competitive intel.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate customer feedback into MCPM's plans.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and early customer health.
  • Develop sales collateral and playbook materials as MCPM matures.
