About The Position

Brex is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive II to join their critical sales team focused on expanding reach into the Enterprise segment. This role involves hunting large, strategic, global new clients for Brex and communicating the value of their Financial Operating System, which includes corporate credit cards, expense management, procurement, and travel software. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative, competitive environment and enjoy helping customers accelerate their growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SAAS closing experience in a net-new logo acquisition environment.
  • Experience closing deals with F1000 customers and Large Enterprise Organizations with a minimum 1,000 global employee base.
  • Familiarity selling SAAS products/solutions and effectively communicating the value/ROI.
  • Consistent quota attainment and track record of being a top 10% performer.
  • Ability to independently conduct a product demo.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity selling financial software (Expense Management, ERP, AP Automation, T&E, Accounting Software, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Leverage personal network and strategic prospecting methods to identify decision-makers and penetrate Enterprise customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, deal administration, and closing.
  • Build and manage a robust Enterprise sales pipeline with a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Proactively organize and prioritize opportunities at various stages of the funnel.
  • Expertly articulate the value proposition of Brex's products and services, aligning solutions with customer needs and solving complex business challenges.
  • Utilize case studies, competitive intelligence, and independent research to position Brex.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing pain points and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Adapt and thrive in ambiguous situations regardless of customer size or industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Product, Legal, Deal Desk, Underwriting, and Pre-Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate customer needs and pain points to drive product improvements and internal alignment.
