About The Position

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to close and manage our Enterprise accounts. This role offers full ownership and accountability within a defined market, encompassing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, this position has high visibility and requires a candidate who thinks outside the box, thrives under pressure, and is focused on meeting targets. The ideal candidate will embrace an entrepreneurial, grind-it-out mentality.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer, with the ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
  • Experience conducting your own discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character personality traits.
  • BA degree or higher.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc.
  • Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience working in CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success working in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Close new accounts and consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to pipeline through self-outbound prospecting efforts, in addition to leads from marketing and BDR teams.
  • Nurture warm leads from sales cycle to close.
  • Conduct presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including new leads, demos, proposals, and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Master the use of sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and constructive criticism for continuous improvement.
  • Develop thought leadership by understanding and developing a passion for the industry.
