About The Position

Private practice ENT physician opportunity in Portage, Michigan, with access to area hospitals and participation in a rotating area on-call schedule. The opportunity involves buying a well-established private practice ENT office; the physician may choose to buy or lease the building.

The practice is family-oriented and close-knit, serves multiple generations of families, and provides ENT care and allergy immunotherapy to the Portage community. The physician will provide care in inpatient and outpatient settings and contribute to the practice’s development and growth.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call is determined by the city-wide scheduler. Compensation and benefits are listed as TBD for the private practice.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of ENT residency and fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in ENT.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage all aspects of ENT care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in call coverage as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives.
