About The Position

This opportunity is to buy a well-established private-practice ENT office in Portage, Michigan, with access to area hospitals. The practice has served multiple generations of families and provides ENT care and allergy immunotherapy. The physician may have the option to buy or lease the building and will participate in a rotating area on-call schedule.

The role provides full-time clinical care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including diagnosing, treating, and managing the full range of ENT care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; call coverage is determined by the city-wide scheduler. Compensation is TBD.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ENT residency and fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in ENT.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage all aspects of ENT care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in call coverage as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives.
