Requirements
- Enrollment or insurance industry experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Strong organizational skills, accurate and detailed oriented
- Collaborative workstyle and comfortable navigating across multiple business units
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to represent Sun Life effectively
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively and independently within time constraints
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the necessary support for group meeting and benefit fair requests
- Manage expectations for meetings through contact with both internal and external clients, communicating enrollment support to Enrollment Managers, Sales and Service teams.
- Conduct case preparation training with Benefit Counselor resources for each case
- Order materials or technology needed for the enrollment event and review for accuracy
- Create enrollment event schedules and sign up sheets for on-site employees
- Ensure all pre-communication and enrollment materials are requested and delivered for all enrollment events
- Identify and secure appropriate resources for enrollment events based upon set criteria
