About The Position

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking an Enrollment Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education. This is a hybrid position, with three days per week onsite at our Southfield office located at 20700 Civic Center Drive - Suite 500, Southfield, MI 48076, and two days per week working from home. Requirements

High school diploma

Experience in early childhood education

Responsibilities

Proactively contact and respond to prospective families via telephone, email, and SMS
Establish rapport and build relationships via phone, email, or SMS in a high-volume call environment
Provide timely, accurate information to prospective families and Premier directors to assist in enrollment decisions
Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings with center directors
Assist regional directors with the training and support of center directors with respect to the enrollment process and CRM system
