About The Position

Kids N Us is seeking a bright, resourceful, and dependable team player to join the leadership team at our Smokey Point School. The Enrollment Specialist is an essential member of the management team and serves as the first point of contact for families. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional appearance and attitude. Working directly with the School Director, the Enrollment Specialist supports tours for new and prospective families, manages all family inquiries and completes tasks, answers telephone calls, answers questions for families, enrolls students, completes required paperwork, and may assist in the classroom as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, or currently working toward completion
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional weekend and evening events
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
