Enrollment Specialist
About The Position
This entry-level role helps individuals understand available enrollment options and complete the appropriate process. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. A typical day may include: 1. Meet with individuals face to face to understand their needs 2. Explain options, requirements, and next steps 3. Assist with forms and routine enrollment questions 4. Follow up on incomplete items and maintain accurate records.
