About The Position
The Enrollment Reconciliation Specialist - SCAN Temp reviews claims for irregularities, accuracy and completeness. We seek Rebels who are curious about AI and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members. Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Advanced skills required in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Access
- Performs work under direct supervision .
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff .
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- Communication - Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience or Technical Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Requests additional information, when necessary, for completion of claim processing.
- Reviews claims for eligibility.
- Maintains updated records and prepares required reports.
- Assists in claims cost control.
- Contacts individuals about claims and may provide counsel regarding the amount of benefits.
