The Enrollment Outreach Coordinator serves as a strategic professional staff member responsible for leading enrollment initiatives and advancing community partnerships through enrollment outreach, applicant engagement, educational pathways, and workforce alignment efforts that support the institution’s strategic enrollment goals. This position works collaboratively with K–12 school systems, community organizations, business and industry partners, and internal departments to strengthen recruitment pipelines, increase student access, promote college readiness, and support overall enrollment growth throughout the college’s service area. The Coordinator collaborates with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Workforce Development, and external stakeholders to support pathway development, expand educational access, and enhance enrollment efforts aligned with institutional priorities and regional workforce needs.
