Enrollment Marketing Associate

Hinge HealthSan Francisco, CA
$98,000 - $130,000

About The Position

We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team. This individual will support the planning and execution of enrollment marketing programs for a large book of clients sized 5-20k eligible lives that utilize best practice B2C marketing strategies through a scaled, client-specific operating model. As the Enrollment Marketing Associate, you will create communications plans and support ongoing campaign execution across your book of business. You will partner closely with Client Success, who leads the client relationship, while you provide the marketing expertise, operational follow-through, and execution support needed to drive enrollment outcomes. Your responsibilities will include building client-specific communications plans, maintaining marketing information and activity records, coordinating deployment readiness, supporting campaign QA, and responding to client-driven changes through established workflows. You will work alongside colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, Data Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to meet annual revenue and enrollment goals. There may be a minimal volume of ad-hoc asks for you to join client-facing interactions to act as the marketing subject matter expert. This work helps motivate people to get moving and feel better as we scale marketing programs that support Hinge Health clients and members. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity, high-growth environment, is excited to learn about scaled and client-specific marketing programs, and is always looking for ways to work smarter. They have a track record of creative problem solving, strong organization, and careful attention to detail. This role is highly independent, with a supportive team that will help you learn and grow. The growth trajectory of this role type would eventually lead to increasingly complex client assignments and higher client-facing responsibilities, at higher role levels.
