Enrollment Data Analyst III (US)
About The Position
The Enrollment Data Analyst III (US) will be responsible for daily business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for assigned markets and resolution of complex enrollment issues. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Requirements
- Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong email communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage inquiries and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Familiarity with GBD Facets is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to learn production tools, systems, and processes quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).
- Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues.
- Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.
