Pediatrics Plus is a specialized pediatric healthcare provider seeking an Enrollment Coordinator in the Central Arkansas area. Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer skills which includes a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with each site on their enrollment status and the process of enrolling children into the EIDT program.
  • Review and submit all DP and Therapy Medicaid Audits.
  • Develop relationships with and communicate eligibility with the family.
  • Email families monthly to update them on the enrollment process.
  • Meet with Director of Preschool Services and/or Senior Director weekly to facilitate completion of eligibility requirements for enrollment and review eligibility status for approval.
  • Send necessary paperwork for a child that has attended an ITP Conference.
  • Notify the Director of Preschool Services and/or Senior Director when a child has been approved for enrollment to meet Medicaid guidelines.
  • Monitor ITP Conferences and Screeners.
  • Review all patient charts for completeness to ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines, including Medicaid and DHS.
  • Receive Therapy Audit Letters from EQ Health, distribute them to each site to get audit packets ready and complete DP audits.
  • Send out emails for audit deadlines, communicate with each site about each audit, and submit audit packets once completed.
  • Handle any denied audits and gather correct information from sites to get the denial overturned.
  • Complete all documentation in necessary systems.
