Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data analytics, information systems, business, statistics, or a related discipline) required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data reporting, analytics support, or a related function.
  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms) to develop dashboards and reports.
  • Experience extracting, compiling, and validating data from multiple systems or databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and organized manner.
  • Experience supporting reporting processes, data tracking, or performance monitoring in a professional setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to data requests in a timely manner.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support reporting and data needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM and/or Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred (e.g., Ellucian Recruit, Colleague, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize enrollment and communication data to support operational reporting and leadership decision making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau, Voyatek, Recruit, and CRM reporting tools to track enrollment funnel activity, communication performance, and key enrollment metrics.
  • Support predictive and descriptive analytics projects related to recruitment, yield, onboarding, retention, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain data definitions, documentation, and reporting standards across Colleague, Recruit, Voyatek, Ocelot, and communication systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Monitor system integrations and data flow between Colleague, Recruit, Voyatek, Tableau, Ocelot, and other enrollment technologies, working with IT and Institutional Research to resolve issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, Registration, Institutional Research, IT, Marketing, and Student Affairs to support reporting, data requests, and analytics projects.
  • Track and report on communication and enrollment performance across CRM, chatbot, analytics platforms, and student information systems, providing data summaries and observations to support enrollment operations.
  • Review campaign and communication data and assist in identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and student engagement.
  • Maintain enrollment reporting schedules, data tracking tools, and performance monitoring processes across multiple systems.
  • Support assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement of enrollment and student success initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of enrollment operations, reporting, and analytics.
