About The Position

We are now accepting applications for a qualified Enrollment Coach at Belmont University. Employment Type Staff Internal Job Category Non-Exempt (Staff) Full-Time Department Generic Division Hours 37.5 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The person in this position will need to be an effective communicator and problem solver who brings a customer-first mentality and knows what it takes to provide excellent service. The Enrollment Coach will build and foster relationships with learners, providing support throughout the enrollment process. Serve as a critical point of contact for prospective learners through chats, emails, calls, or texts to answer initial questions and assist with enrollment through admissions and registration. Foster a culture of engagement with prospective learners through relationship building, providing swift responses to inquiries, maintaining professional written and verbal communication, and providing support throughout the enrollment process. Work collaboratively with Belmont Online, admissions coordinators, and faculty to deliver an exceptional prospective learner experience to ensure a seamless Belmont experience, while ensuring recruitment goals are prioritized and accomplished. Be creative in developing recruitment tactics, i.e., virtual info sessions, and alumni reach out. Use available systems, information, and critical thinking skills to problem solve, quickly make decisions, and provide the best, most accurate information and direction to prospective learners at the right time and through the contact method they prefer. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Required Education Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Required Experience Preferred 1-2 years in a recruitment type role working with prospects. The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University. Belmont University participates in E-Verify.
