Enrollment/ Business Operations Student Assistant
About The Position
This position involves system administration of Salesforce environments, including sandbox and development environment setup, maintenance, and testing. The role will scope requirements, design, and build solutions for enrollment and business operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with functional areas to determine needs and use cases for business processes and automation, supporting reporting and data management within the Salesforce environment, and troubleshooting reporting, account issues, automation, and system functionality. The assistant will also collaborate with other Salesforce system administrators, architects, and management to maintain the entire Salesforce ecosystem across all functionalities and Center-wide operations.
