About The Position

Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) is seeking motivated healthcare professionals (Enrolled Nurses) with excellent verbal communication skills to join their Tele Services team. This role involves liaising with medical practitioners to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information. UHG's purpose is to make it easier for Businesses and Healthcare Providers to transact effectively and share medical information to achieve best in market outcomes. Enabled by medEbridge®, they provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GP’s, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and more. Customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.

Requirements

• An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound keyboard skills, and technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectively
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
• Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
• Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge® platform
• Relationship management between clients and UHG
• Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required
