About The Position

As an On Call Enrichment Partner, you will support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities, assist with personal care and daily living needs, build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates, help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment, and provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.
