About The Position

Benevilla Adult Day Programs is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) to support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities. This role involves assisting with personal care and daily living needs, building positive relationships, and helping maintain a safe and structured environment. The position requires floating and covering as needed at any of our three life enrichment programs located in Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise, AZ. Programs are closed evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia experience a plus.
