As an Enrichment Partner, you will support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities, assist with personal care and daily living needs, build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates, help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment, and provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
