About The Position

Clean Scapes is seeking an Enhancement Department Administrator to join their team. As the Enhancement Department Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our Enhancement Department. This position is responsible for administrative duties, coordination of enhancement projects, and support of management tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, facilitate communication and maintaining detailed records of enhancement activities.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of administration and coordination.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with database management, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive steps to prevent issues before they arise.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Enhancement Systems: Familiarity with enhancement practices and equipment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management to support the enhancement team.
  • Assist in planning and tracking enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of all project-related documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communication within the department and coordinate communications with other departments within maintenance (account managers, arbor, and irrigation).
  • Maintain comprehensive records of enhancement schedules, maintenance records, and project details.
  • Assist in ensuring that all operations comply with relevant regulations and help coordinate training sessions for department staff.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on department activities, project progress, and inventory status to management.
